What first brought you to Body Synergy?

I had got to the stage where I felt that I could benefit from doing some strength training.  Years of yoga and running meant I was reasonably fit, but I lacked strength, and things were starting to fall apart.  From the moment I walked into Body Synergy,  I felt welcomed and supported. 

What do you like most about being part of Body Synergy?

It’s a diverse group of people who come to the gym for all sorts of reasons, but ultimately, everyone is showing up for themselves in a consistent way, and that makes us a community, and I love that!

Ricky, Rowan, and the team offer encouragement, motivation, and support, and take the time to get to know you as a person.  They have deep knowledge and expertise to help you optimise your training and reach your wellness goals. 

How has Body Synergy made a difference in your life?

The difference the gym has made in my life since I joined has been hugely significant.  The obvious thing is that I’m physically stronger, fitter, and healthier, and I have way more energy now in my 50s than I ever had in my 30s or 40s.  Gaining physical strength and achieving personal goals has had a positive knock-on effect throughout other areas of my life, including greater confidence, ambition, mental clarity, and an overall heightened sense of well-being, to name a few.
