I am a massage therapist and rehabilitation exercise specialist at Body Synergy, where I employ guided, prescriptive exercise education and training. Integrating EMG technology and sound movement techniques enhances my ability to provide practical and tailored support to clients

Outside of work, Dunedin has been my home for over two decades, and I reside on the picturesque Otago Peninsula with my husband, three children, a cat, and five chickens. My connection to the community extends to my academic background, having studied at the University of Otago and worked at Body Synergy for seven years before dedicating time to raising my family. This wealth of experience and personal connection to the region likely enriches my role as a massage therapist and exercise coach at Body Synergy.
