What does my role entail?

I am the Lead Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Manual and Movement Clinician, and the owner of Body Synergy; my role is diverse and has a significant impact. I specialise in assessing patients and evaluating their pain history, muscle function, and overall physical well-being. Using the latest science, I create personalised exercise programs tailored to individual health needs, considering any musculoskeletal conditions.

I am passionate about surface electromyography and its application in addressing musculoskeletal complaints.
