What does my role entail?

I was the founder and lead Clinical Exercise Physiologist of Body Synergy. Facing my own health issues, I have recently moved into a supportive role for the clinical team and business. You will still see me on the gym floor in the mornings, helping clients where I can.

I am passionate about surface electromyography and its application in addressing musculoskeletal complaints. My approach is rooted in evidence-based research within the musculoskeletal field, and I continuously integrate the latest findings into my treatment philosophies. This commitment allows me to provide informed and effective solutions for individuals seeking relief from musculoskeletal issues.
